Great customer service

I was about to purchase a large list of mp3s, then I get stopped telling me to reduce my cart to a max 5 items. I have never seen a site limit purchases before like they do. I sent them an email, a bit frustrated. But I got a response within just a few minutes and Tim was very helpful in explaining everything to me, which made sense and was for my own benefit.

I was actually planning on listening to a bunch to see what I liked and what I wanted to focus on first. I kind of treated this like I do books. I usually buy a series of books to get different perspectives on certain topics.. and then choose a few to read all the way through. This was kind of the same idea. Pick a handful of topics, grab some mp3s… review them to see which ones I want to dive into and then put myself on plan.

Anyway, this site.. and Tim in particular, showed a lot of integrity and deserve a decent review. Also.. I have listened to one session already. It was great.
