This has got be the worst form of customer service I have ever experienced! Do not waiste your time! I ordered a product through Wowcher, with an expectation that it would be delivered within 7 working days.

30 days later, no product, no explanation, no response except for a very condescending and duplicated automated email response which it sent every time I tried to contact them.

Thankfully because it was ordered through wowcher I was able to get my money back!

I shudder to think what the poor customers who have ordered directly from them are having to deal with!

DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
