I ordered through wowcher a makeup pallette and 10 piece bamboo brush set in October and i'm still waiting for delivery I also contacted them direct and was told they would re-send this but I'm still waiting I have also contacted wowcher direct to complain to them and they are just as bad saying as the wowcher was redeemed it's out of their hands wat a joke as they are still advertising this deal on wowcher

This story is a carbon copy of my experience with this shambolic 'company'. The vendor has failed to respond to my emails and I am now in contact with watchdog. Will try to keep you all updated on how this progresses as your stories may be of some help

Great thanks very much what a total disgrace of a company they should be ashamed of themselves wowcher have a cheek to still advertise this deal after I was in contact to tell them about this ordeal but as they have had their money there not willing to help.

thank you so much - I ordered the 10 piece bamboo brushes but have paid via Paypal so am going to get them involved.I have written an email to Wowcher and am awaiting a reply.
Good luck with your effort too.
Its absolutely appalling that they are allowed to continue doing this and that Wowcher are also allowing them to advertise there too.

I have had exactly the same experience! Ordered the bamboo brushes and hair straightening brush and still no goods, I have contacted wowcher who emailed the vendor and copied me in, they sent all of my emails to her and asked her to respond, still no response, I am shocked that wowcher still deal with this company! I would like to take this further but not sure what to do!
