Rox is associated to a scam currently called Discover Discounts (they change the name regularly)
It works by you ordering the product online, they don't deliver, you ring and they very politely say they will send a replacement. They then take your card details over the phone.
Then they offer you a deal with Discover Discounts for £1, if you say no they take no notice.
Next they pass your credit card details to Discover Discounts and they send in the post a welcome letter and brochure confirming a 1 month free trial. In the small print it says if you don't cancel £99 will be taken from the card at the end of the free trial.
The letter and brochure look like junk mail and most people probably bin it.
Next thing you know £99 has been taken from your card and its legal because you can't prove you originally said no!

I've been using Rox flawless eyes for over a year now. I've had no problems at all with the company or orders.

Check your bank/credit card statements carefully, my payment was attempted under "Household Appliances."

I have just had the same thing, bought some eye cream months ago, just noticed £99.99 taken out of my account this month under the heading "Household Appliances" I have contacted them and have been told the same thing, "refund in 5-7 days. It's really slippery. Incidentally, I never agree to any deals promoted online so I concur with another reviewer on here who says that they were asked about a discount scheme and refused, their money was taken anyway.
