I'd like to have reviewed the product, but it hasn't arrived yet.

Ridiculous.

Why ask people to review if you can't send orders out in a timely manner??

We do state 7 - 10 working days as a maximum. Most orders are despatched within 2-3 working days.
Hopefully you have received your order by now, so if you actually want to leave a review about the ROX Flawless Eyes product that would be great.
