I sent for this product well before Christmas .I bought it to try out, and purchased one bottle of the flawless eyes .I was asked if I wanted any of Rox other products ,and I said no .The product was on offer at a reduced price .Today 19.01 2015 the money was taken out of my account.However £99 has been taken out .This is wrong and I want refunding .I feel the product was not satifactory and I was charged at least double the price.I hope ROX deal with my compaint swiftly as I feel as if I have been cheated .

Hi
I have just placed an order Reference: RFE11669604 your uk site. Yet the advert says no additional P&P when you go to order. But then when you read the T&C it states that P&P is £5.95 for uk orders and orders outside UK are £6.95.
