I have just emailed RX cosmetics to get a sample of rox flawless eyes before I spend money on the bottle. I instantly got a reply from "foundationdesigners" saying this email address (from their contact us section on their website) is no longer in use so I think I will give it a miss!!!

dont waste your money girls..... it looks like someone has wiped a load of toothpaste round your eye.... its itchy and sore if you re apply it more than once...AVOID!

Would like to know where can i claim my money back as this does NOT mix... its turned into like a sticky rough substance that make crestless.

Wonderful product makes me feel young again part of my routine easy and very effective , don't apply to much can go white, make sure your skin is clear of any other product can apply make up after but only use mineral foundation ,love it A+

Ive ordered Rox now for a couple of years & found it really good, however I noticed that there was a £99.99 payment also taken out my account recently when I hadn't ordered anything for several months. This is being investigated by my bank. That also comes up as "Household Appliiances." I've also noticed that their website has disappeared!!..

Bought rox last year from rox legitimate website,its pretty good but what I'm not Impressed with at all is receiving a call from didn't catch the name this boy was running through a script as I used to work in a call centre I know the score,ended up I'm getting a free leaflet bout some deals, would not take no for an answer, I made it clear I was not paying for anything nor would I give out my bank details, OK he said, have a nice day, week or so later booklet comes from a holiday saver company, have got the letter who apparently I signed up with and they took 100 pounds out of my bank????? So rang them and was informed by a lovely young lady that Fox gave them my bank details and said I wanted to become a member????? Excuse me how Dare you give my bank details to Anyone without my consent,thanks to you I've been up a creek without a paddle as lost 100 without knowing and have to wait 5 -10 days to get a refund, What are you going to do about this ROX???????

The same thing happened to me £99.99 out of my account, no purchase made just took the money. I did however purchase one bottle of eye cream at the promotion price many months ago, I have not agreed to them taking the extra payment of £99.99 and guess what I can't get in touch with ROX. Rip off!

Good product, however Rox have taken £99.99 out of my account without my permission and without me having ordered or received any products!

So last year brought some pr0ducts and today have also had 99.99 pounds taken out of my account with no information whatsoever!!

i bought 2 bottles last year on buy one get one free, they came and to be honest i have been happy with the product , BUT just had 99.99 taken out my account by ROX for no reason I have not contacted them I have not had any products sent to me . I am now talking with my banks security .

I am desperately trying to get through to Rox as they have taken money from my bank account £99.99 with out my permission, with no success at all phone always engaged.

I have been trying to get hold of you by phone on 0845 number but it is saying there is no such number and I can't find you on the official web site???? Are you still around and do you have a phone number to get hold of you so that I can order some more-where is your website?

I bought my wife this stuff and 3 months on I have just had £99.99 taken from my bank account. The head of the payment was with a phone number under it I rang and spoke to some one from discover discount. I was told I was sent a booklet for discounts and I hadn't cancelled it. I never heard of this company and asked how they could take the money for nothing.I was never told about the book. She told me they will refund the money but I'm still going to ring the bank. I don't think it's right they gave out my card details and they must be involved or the payment would read discover discounts not rox stay well clear.

Rox is associated to a scam currently called Discover Discounts (they change the name regularly) It works by you ordering the product online, they don't deliver, you ring and they very politely say they will send a replacement. They then take your card details over the phone. Then they offer you a deal with Discover Discounts for £1, if you say no they take no notice. Next they pass your credit card details to Discover Discounts and they send in the post a welcome letter and brochure confirming a 1 month free trial. In the small print it says if you don't cancel £99 will be taken from the card at the end of the free trial. The letter and brochure look like junk mail and most people probably bin it. Next thing you know £99 has been taken from your card and its legal because you can't prove you originally said no!
