Received a broken tub of conditioner which meant the contents had escaped contacted the company and they wanted photos,ok so i sent them, then they wanted more photos - how many photos can be taken of a broken tub of conditioner? Then I am requested to send the faulty tub back (obviously going to cause a mess in the post but heyho) and supplied with a returns slip, only to find that the return slip provided has an incorrect barcode so the parcel could not be accepted. I have been with this company several years and have had no reason to contact them before but this being the first time certainly means I wont be using them again. All emails received come through as a no reply so you cant get any personal contact or continuity. One would think as a customer who has been with them several years that as a gesture of goodwill they would just send another tub of conditioner but oh no it is made as awkward as possible.
