I ordered items on 7th April. It's now 16th April and I still do not have them. I arranged for delivery to to my work address so that there would be someone available to sign, but Hermes (the courier lookfantastic.com use) attempted delivery 3 times after 6pm when the office was closed. I raised this with the customer service team and instead of offering to use an alternative courier or offering any solution at all, they felt the best solution was for me to cancel my order and have a refund. Yes, it is an easy solution for them but leaves me without the products I needed. Needless to say, I will never use them again. Very, very poor attitude towards customer service and customer retention.
If I had known before I placed my order that they deliver outside working hours I would have asked for delivery to my home address.
