Wether I just summit general questions or inquiries, It's never been taken care of till the end or until problems solved. I always have to nag after waiting for week(s) for customer service to reply each message. This happens to me everytime and I'm so fed up with it.

It doesn't make Lookfantastic look more professional by renovating the website appearance so it looks official, while leaving customer service untouched that poor quality hasn't been improved!
