I needed my £195 order to get to me on Thursday in time for me leaving for the weekend. I paid to have premium next day delivery.
Only because I phoned them at 4.30pm to ask where my order was did they inform me that I wouldn't get it on this day.
I then request that they at least change the address so that someone I know can accept the order while I'm out of town for the weekend and they say that they can't!!
Fuming I ask for a full immediate refund and they say they can't! It'll take 5 days?!?!
I will now return from my weekend without my products and have to chase up my order from a depot miles away from where I live.
If I was the manager I'd offer a discount or at least apologise for the inconvenience.
I WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!!!
