I've never wrote a review before but I just really felt the need to warn everyone off this company. These guys are a joke! I ordered 2 items at the beginning of January, it took a week and half for them to "supposedly" ship the item after they were apparently stock taking????!!! I never received the item, when I called to see what was happening i was told they had left the item in my garage?! I live on the 8th floor of a city centre apartment block, there isn't a garage for miles around. I had to fill in a claims form as i certainly didn't want the items sending again! I never received the refund, this is the third time I have had to re-send the claim form and I am still waiting, it's been about 7 weeks now!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
