I placed an order on 6th December 2012. Order was despatched on 7th December and it's now 20th December and I'm still waiting. I've sent two email messages - no reply, not even an acknowledgement. Tried to phone, eventually got through (after waiting for half hour) just to be told I have to wait 14 days for it to be delivered. I've waited the 14 days and now I can't get through to their consumer service number due to the huge volume of calls. What a cowboy operation. How can this internet-based company can survive without reliable delivery service and solid customer focus is beyond me. I want a refund and I'm sure they will delay and try and wiggle out of it somehome. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!
