I made my first order with look fantastic purchasing a dermalogica multivitamin thermafoliant set containing the exfoliant and a cleanser and toner. Received the order 6 days later to see they have given me the incorrect order and have sent just the exfoliant. Rang to complain and have said they didn't have the set in stock even though my order was confirmed as the gift set. Said sorry and emailed me details to send back, I ordered this for a upcoming holiday and have no time to send back. Mis leading selling, had I known it wasn't in stock I would had purchased it from beauty flash which at the time they had stock of it but now they haven't so iv lost out. Unprofessional and never order from them again, no invoice or paperwork was in the order either
