Don't be put off by the reviews

I ordered some ghd scarlet straighteners from this site before reading any reviews. I then looked and saw all the 1 stars and really started to worry!! A lot of them saying they were thieves and the worst company! With all that being said I decided to phone look fantastic just for peace of mind, they were very vague with their answers which didn't help! All they could say was the order had been taken and would be dispatched shortly! This wasn't much help but had to go with it as I had all ready payed for the item. But just 4 days after being ordered I got a dispatch confirmation email from look fantastic and the courier company. The products turned up the next day within the hour slot allocated.
To sum it up it was an alright service, if I didn't read the reviews I probably wouldn't have worried so much! Although its good to check company reviews, the majority of people only write bad ones.
