“Poor stock control and bad customer service”

I have twice tried to order from this company. Both times the items were listed as in stock. The first time I chased after well over a week and was THEN told it would be several further weeks. The second time I ordered, then got an email after a week saying the item would be another week and have now just been emailed again to say it will be a further week. At best they have a poor stock control system, at worst they are deliberately misleading people. (read more)
