Supplied Fake Mach3 Power blades from Hong Kong.Blunt.Proctor and Gamble confirmed fake and that they do not manufacture in HK.Cannot contact by phone !!! Do not answer emails.Avoid at all costs.

The other 12 reviews cover my experience. The only additional comment I would make is why Amazon allowed the company to advertise on their website? The company is clearly run by a brunch of individuals that specialise in fraud.

After reading the reviews, I had the same concerns as other people over, 1. length of time it takes and 2 how quick the money leaves your account. I ordered oral B toothbrushes and agree they did take their time sending the items out, but I found the quality good and they work fine with my oral toothbrushes, (I have 2). 8 toothbrushes for the price of 4 is good value. So will order my next lot in plenty of time. That's why I am only giving the company 4* slow on delivery. Jackie K

I ordered Gillette Fusion blades from them and the money was immediately taken from my account. No blades arrived and e-mails I sent were just answered with lies and excuses. They have just stolen my money. The only consolation is apparently from all accounts if I had received any razor blades they would have been rubbish fake ones so my complexion has been spared.

I ordered some Oral B toothbrush heads in May 2014 the money was taken from my account almost immediately. My emails went unanswered and the telephone number on their website was unobtainable. As a last resort I complained to Jersey Trading Standards who were very helpful it is claimed that Good Health Direct have refunded my money and as I paid by debit card I am able to very easily check that a refund has been received which it has not. It would appear that the company are still trading some people simply have no morals.

Ordered Gillette Fusion razor blades over a month ago no sign of them, money was taken out virtually straight away. Sent 2 emails and called the number which has now been removed. Looks like they also have a different address now. DONT USE

I have waited over a month for a 5-7 day delivery, no reply to emails, phone numbers don't work, no whois trace on internet.

Ordered Mac three blades around 3/4 weeks ago still not received them think they are a rubbish company I'm so angry hope I can get a refund on my credit card have emailed them loads of times customer service is non existant !!!!

Not delivered on time. No response to first e-mail, have had to send a second. Tried phoning but Freephone number not in use. Would not order again and still have not received order.

On 31st May 2014,I purchased 12 Gillette Fusion Proglide blades at a cost of £21.97 from GoodHealth-Direct.Com. I had an immediate reply confirming my order and informing me that delivery would be 5-7 days. On 12th May,the order had not arrived so I attempted to telephone their Customer Services but all I got was a recorded message that the number had a fault. I sent an email cancelling my order and on 14th May,I received a reply apologising for the inconvenience and promising a refund within 3-5 days. 9 days later and no refund has been forthcoming. I have attempted to telephone GoodHealth-Direct.Com but the line still has a fault message. BUYER BE VERY AWARE OF GOODHEALTH-DIRECT-COM

Ordered some Oral B replacement toothbrush heads over 4 weeks ago now and my order is still showing as awaiting packing even though they claim to have all products in stock. The telephone number given on the website is a dead line and they don't respond to emails. Time to get the refund from my credit card company I think. Be very wary with these people and only pay by credit card to protect yourself

Do not buy from Good Health Direct. I ordered from them on May 5th expecting delivery in 5 - 7 days. My order was accepted by email and then shown in my account as awaiting packing for more than 2 weeks. They didn't respond to emails and the telephone number they gave on the email was unobtainable. My order was then shown as dispatched but the Parcel Force tracking number didn't bring up any information on delivery and at June 18th I am still waiting for delivery - what a joke!! Luckily I had paid by credit card so was able to get them to refund the £28.32 I paid. Take my advice and do not buy from this company. However, be careful not to confuse this company with Healthy Direct as I believe some reviews on this website have been allocated incorrectly to them whereas they are about Good Health Direct as one in particular I read on another site and it referred to Good Health Direct.

Surprise, surprise! My replacement toothbrush heads arrived on June 21st which was 47 days after I ordered them, not the 5 - 7 days promised! I still wouldn't buy from them and the company doesn't deserve to be in business.

It's me again. I am now reporting that the Oral-B toothbrush heads are fakes. I used one for about 2 weeks then it became loose on the toothbrush so wasn't rotating as normal. I had been concerned about the possibility of having received fakes and this proved it as Oral-B heads last for at least a couple of months, not just weeks. I have contacted Oral-B to report this company.

Hopefully this is my last blog about this company! After contacting Procter & Gamble they sent a return envelope for me to post free of charge a toothbrush head for them to test. Just had a letter to say it is counterfeit and asking me to give the details of where I purchased it so they can investigate the matter with relevant authorities. Let's hope GoodHealth-Direct get a hefty fine or better still, are stopped from trading.
