I was pleasantly surprised Dolphin Fitness had the product I was looking for at a great price however since then I have been very disappointed with both delivery and communication. I was given and estimated delivery and given that you pay for postage and packaging, I expect my orders to arrive on time. I would have preferred to have no information on the delivery date rather than information which gives me false hope. Having messaged the company on their 'contact us' section of the website I have been waiting 2 days and still have received no contact back. Due to these series of events, I will less likely to use the company for any further orders.
