Having owned a Vienna Power Chair for the past 7 years we decided that it was time for a new one. DMD price matched the lowest price we could find on line, Chair despatched and arrived the next day...brilliant, however whilst unpacking we noticed a manufacturers defect in the welding which prevented the Battery Box from being removed, so a few calls later to Kevin, whom we had dealt with and the very next day a replacement was delivered and the faulty one uplifted.
All in all a professional response to what could have been a long and drawn out affair.

Linda,
Sorry to hear there was a problem with your Vienna power chair purchase, we would be stretching the truth if we said every product sent out was perfect, at times there is some damage in transit, delayed delivery or as in your case a manufacturing problem.

Where possible we try to reduce the disruption to our custoemr as much as possible and when necessary get a replacement product out to you. We work hard to ensure everything goes smoothly but on occassion there are problems which we address.

Really pleased all has been resoved to your satisfaction and you left a positive review about your experience with DMD.
