Thank you very much for the excerlent service you provide, from the helpful and friendly Customer Sales Representative right down to the fast courteous delivery service I couldn't ask for better. The item purchased was exactly as discribed and beautifully packed and the price was very competitive. So in summary I woul not hesitate to purchase from this company it was an easy pleasant experience and I would one again like to say thank you for the wonderful service.

I only hope that you do not have any problems with your pride as I purchased one in may and had the velcro pads come off between the battery pack after the first use and I have made 5 phone calls to DMD for replacements and every time they say they have posted them and they will will be with me next day this has been going on for 2 months and dont try Pride themselves as they are completely ignorant and downright rude and say we dont deal with the customer and can't send you anything and as for their parent company in USA they dont even answer Emails so my advice is do not purchase a pride from DMD as after service is nill

Could you please contact our customer services department on 01245 850798 to discuss the nature of your problem in more detail. We do not want our customers unhappy and would like to resolve your problem.
The replacement parts you describe would be sent from the manufacturer Pride Mobility in the UK. If the parts have not arrived please contact the customer services team leader Marvin so he can resolve your problem.
