“Extremely great value from very caring professionals”

The service from the team was very caring and calm which helped put both me and my husband at ease not liking dental visits. The hygiene stand was very high as was the efficiency and courtesy from everyone. Everything was explained fully by the consultants with the options given for various treatments. There is nothing that I did not like about the whole experience. I would definately recommend The Bangkok International Dental Clinic to anyone. (read more)

Some of my intital questions were not answered but it could have also been the way I wrote the emails. They followed up the dentist for me and ensured I had the information required. Dental departures service was ok, but the info on the dental offices and the prices are not correct. The office I went to stated all the dentists spoke English. The dentist I got did not speak or understand English. The prices quoted on the site did not match the prices I was give for the dental work needed. The prices were the same as I could get in So. “A great experience”

The dentist at Sani Platinum were so caring and very gentle. I had 7 crowns done in one day and two days later a dental implant. All without pain. My smile looks great and Dr Alejandro and Dr Emmanual are great at what they do. I have already recommmend them to a friend and she is going there soon. With work going on next door, the reception area was not very relaxing or inviting but the staff were extremely efficient. I was slightly disappointed that advice on future treatments was not forthcoming. I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done however, and the dentist appeared to be extremely competent (although the needles hurt quite a lot). (read more)

Travelling overseas for dental work I was a little hesitant to recieve dental work but after receiving 9 fillings, cleaning, whitening and 6 veneers I can't fault it!!!!! Quick, professional, clean, cheap $3000 AUD for everything and quality work I was in and out of appointments while still enjoying my 10 day stay in Thailand. I had two extractions and a filling done. It was nearly painless. Dr. Enrique Hernandez is excellent and very skillful!! The trip across the border wasn't bad. I almost didn't go because I was afraid but it went smooth. Go mid morning to miss the morning rush. Then park, walk over and take the taxi($5)to the clinic(show driver the address). All I can really say is that I wouldn't have believed it unless I experienced it. I mean WOW..:) Heard so much how Mexico Clinics were unsafe and dirty no way as nice as my dentist here in Missouri. So very professional no delay in and out without any...I mean zero pain. I have had more pain from a teeth cleaning than what I experienced with two implants. I had booked a golfing holiday and decided to extend it a few extra days and get my yellowing teeth whitened. I had no trouble getting there from my local hotel, a 15min walk. I had four implants and two root canals with crowns. Overall I had a very good experience. He was helpful with information on costing and costing alternatives, the staff at Sea Smile in Phuket were very friendly and accommodating and the Dentists were very good. I had two stages of treatments 6 months apart and I only had the second one four weeks ago. So far I have had no trouble and time will tell on the success of the treatment. I flew from New Zealand to Bangalore, India, based on the high review score of a dental clinic they have advertise; Perfect 32 Dental Centre in Bangalore. My boyfriend got 5 crowns. This is the first time we've heard about this complaint about care at Perfect 32. We have searched through our records and we have not been able to find an appointment through Dental Departures with these treatment details.

The Dentist Dr. Ahmed Ali Hassan is very kind and have really done a very good work (3 crowns). The atmosphare in the waiting room is ok. The dentist room could be more modern. I purchased new upper denture and lower partial at sani dental April 26/13. They took a form of impressions with my old dentures which should do been suspect. They rush you through the process spending no time picking color and size. I ordered porcelain which they didn't want to give but I insisted. My fiancé and booked services recently and just got back. We both had implants done, crowns, an I had a deep asking cleaning. Other than the fact that I had to wait for several hours between two different services (despite having an appointment at a specific time), we were very happy with the services. The administrators in the front office were courteous and professional, and the doctors and hygienists were very gentle and thorough. We have to come back in 5 months to complete the implant... “2 crowns in 4 days!!”

Prompt service with very little waiting time. I went at the end of April on a Saturday to have the prep work done and had the permanent crowns done 4 days later. It took 3 visits, one for prep work, one for fitting the crowns before putting the porcelain on and the final visit for cementing the crowns. Quite happy with the job they did and the color match is near perfect!! Thank you. (read more)

When you go to BIDC in Bangkok, It's nothing like what you see outside in the streets, so take care to reserve your judgement until you have been inside and had an assesment. I went with a couple of jobs for them to do, one just a cap and one needing some complicated work with an implant. The work I have had done so far is very satisfactory and the overall outcome a much better result than what I could have had done back home.....as a matter of fact they fixed up some work that had already... On the positive side, the Dr's staff were very professional, the clinic was very clean and everyone went out of their way. They spent many hours making sure that everything was just right. On the negative side - Dr. did not perform any of the work himself, only came in to check on what was being done.
