i rang up and spoke to a pharmacist for some advice. He ended up recommending a product that the didnt stock, but was adamant that i needed this particular product so should go elsewhere. I was really suprised by the honest advice...he didnt try to sell me something I didn't need. I went back to them ofr another reason a few months later and bought online and the product arrived well packaged, in plain packaging and perfectly on time. nice to see that personal touch, but caring about the customer and not trying to sell me something I didnt need.

I have used several online pharmacies, and without doubt would rate DIMEC as the most reliable. I have made several orders from them and have supplied quality products, very low prices and delivery has been extremely speedy - next day in fact. Any queries i have emailed have been responded to courteously. cannot recommend DIMEC enough. will be using them continuously.

I've used online pharmacies in the past and I haven't exactly found any of their web sites to be particularly welcoming or easy to use: often there's just too much and you don't know what to choose. I was really surprised to realise the DIMEC website was in fact a registered pharmacy: it's warm, inviting, easy to use and they have a lovely array of skin products. I'm really into my organic skincare so I'm pleased large companies are looking at what's really out there and choosing products on merit, not just throwing any old rubbish up for sale. Anyway, I bought some organic body butter and some strong pain killers. The questions they ask online aren't intrusive, but I ordered it to the wrong address, so I had to ring up. I got straight through to a lovely gentleman who changed the address there and then and even took the time to explain to me how to get the best from my pain killers. Pleasantly surprised that such a pharmacy exists, particularly online. I will definitely be back in the future.

I was looking for organic skincare things that were "different" as something for the Mrs. Turns out I did alright with my purchase...products feel and smell really nice, and they arrived bang on time and were really carefully packaged too. Must admit didn't expect a pharmacy to have products or package like they did. Never bought medicines online, but as shipping didn't cost any more I decided to order a few things for the cupboard. I had a couple of questions, got straight through to a pharmacist on the phone who was really helpful...none of this "push 1 for orders, 2 for..." and it wasn't an 0844 number either. Great service, nice packaging, brilliant products! Will definitely use again!

Haven't used an online pharmacy before but I am very happy with my order. I paid for second class delivery and the item was sent the same day and came in plenty of time for when we needed it. Really like the landline number too and not having to listen to loads of recorded messages before getting through to a human - hope they keep to their word and don't go down the line of most other companies with expensive 0844 numbers! Will definitely be using dimec again and have recommended them to a couple of family and friends as they have some nice gift ideas too. Thanks!
