I placed an order from Complete Care Shop for my elderly disabled father. The order they sent was incorrect - plus the box it came in was damaged and the product was absolutely filthy! We contacted them by email, they didn't get back to me so I rang them. The person that dealt with the emails was away so it would have to wait until she got back! When she did we asked for the product to be picked up and a refund! The product was picked up in February - it is now the end of April and there is still no sight of the Refund. I have emailed, again, no response!!! Really not impressed and will not be using them again and will not recommend. My elderly father is very stressed over the whole episode and is out of pocket, which he cannot afford!! What a shame Complete Care Shop!!!!
