I ordered a toilet frame via internet for my mother with a promise of delivery in 3-5 days. After 4 days I asked via email about delivery & was told to wait 5 days. When I telephoned I was told the item was out of stock & in answer to my email the next day, I was told it would be 1 month before the item was in stock. I telephoned and cancelled the order and asked for immediate refund. Despite 3 phone calls and promises of refund it was just under 1 month before the refund was actually made. I should have been told the item was out of stock when placing the order & they should not have taken payment without informing me. Also the refund should have been made at the point of my cancelling the order. What rubbish customer service from a company allegedly helping disabled people. I subsequently went to a local shop and bought a similar item for a lot less money.
