I placed my 1st,(and last) order on 25th July for some antimalaria pills and a few minutes later I posted them my perscription 1st Class Post. The next day I received confirmation that my perscription had been recieved then later that day they advised me that my goods had been despatched and they also provided me with a Parcelforce tracking number. On 2nd August I emailed Parcleforce with the tracking number and they advised me that they take 12hours to advise the location of a parcel. 24hrs later they advised me that Chemist Direct had NOT sent my goods. I contacted Chemist Direct (CD) and I spoke to Johnathon who promised to call back in 10mins, 4hrs later still no call back so I called CD again and spoke with Chelsea who also promised to call back in 10mins again this didn't happen. I called CD again and spoke to Stacey who, (upon my insistance), after a long while put me through to a manager(Helen). Helen advised that she had looked into it and stated "that the had not received my perscrition", I advised her that I have confirmation emails from CD advising me that they have received my perscription and had despatched my order. She said that that was a mistake and "mistakes happen". I advised Helen that clearly they had mixed up my perscription with someone else's as she had already admitted that the do make mistakes, but she wouldn't accept this and advised me that I would need to get a copy perscription from my Dr and try again.I advised that I am to be away on holiday next week and that I need to start taking this pills 2 days before we travel and that I paid £8 for the original perscription plus a 1st Class stamp. I then asked if they had taken the money for my order out of my account for the pills that they now claim that they have not sent and she admitted that they had!!! I advised that she should arrange for my money to be returned to my account as I could not trust them anymore, she eventually apologised. I am still £8 out of pocket for the perscription plus the 1st class stamp and a lost week and I am very annoyed. The value of my order was under £8. The cheapest I could find on the internet. You normally "get what you pay for", BUT I DIDN'T. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH CHEMIST DIRECT.
