I placed on order on the 19th June and today (8th July) it's still not here, no one will respond to my emails (which is what you get when you click on 'live chat').
Now I've called customer services and been told they need to file a claim as I've not received the order, but they cant send me the replacement goods until I post the form back to them (at my cost) to say I didn't get my order. Who knows how long I'll wait now!
The company is a joke, the customer service is a joke and my feedback will posted in as many places over the internet as I can possibly find to warn others.
