Boots has to be the only online service that does not cancel or change orders. I asked if I could change the delivery date forward. They told me they could not physically make any changes or cancel the order.... even though the dispatch date was two weeks away.

You would think with today's technology, Boots would be able to solve this issue.

I have worked for a catalogue company back in the early nineties and changing order delivery dates or cancelling them was never a problem.

Boots needs to sort this out otherwise they will be losing customers!
