I ordered three cleansers from boots.com to be delivered within 3 days to my local branch. The first package failed to arrive - there was no notification that this had happened. I finally got hold of boots.com on the phone after a few attempts and they promised me a replacement package in two days. This failed to arrive as well. After a week someone in customer care replied to my email from 10 days before about the first package and called the local boots branch to check that the package was there. it wasn't. The email offered me a refund - I replied to this email but again no response for over 10 days.
Today to got hold of boots.com finally, they were apologetic and assured me that only 3% of parcels fail to arrive - that must be rubbish as both of mine got lost. They also said they are 2 weeks behind on replying to emails.
I have got a refund and won't use them again.
I asked for some follow up on my missing parcels and was told that they would pass this on to the warehouse. Again lousy response.....not enough action.....
