Ordered a baby bumbo online. Payed using pay pall.
Boots took two payments from my account!!
When I questioned them about it they refused to take any responsibility saying that it was the banks fault and the money was pending in my account. I had only recieved one confirmation email, one delivery so I new I didn't order 2!!
After countless phone calls I have up as manager spoke to me so rudely saying that they were not releasing the money back into my account and I would have to bring it up with the bank... Even though it was there ERROR!
Finally after a week later I managed to get my money back into the account by going into my bank personally and explaining the situation!
I will be thinking twice before I ever use boots online again or my card!
