ordered online, parcel never arrived even if I kept getting texts saying is dispatched. Checked online, my parcel was damaged, spent money to call them, different agents told me different things. She is completely useless!
After 1 week I still did not have my refund in my account and still got text messages saying my parcel was on its way.
Took 10 working days to settle this, and 2 and a half weeks to get my money back. They were really fast to take the money but worst at delivery than any other company I used when I ordered online.
Complete waste of time, do not use!
Never got any money for the phone calls I had to make!
