So I ordered the Naked Palette on July 20 thinking I got SUCH a great deal. It took about a week to process and after an email asking what my status was, they shipped the item on July 27. Now it's August 20 and I have yet to see or receive any information about the whereabouts of my package. The only thing that shows up on the tracking number they provided me with (via USPS) is "Electronic Shipping Info Received" which leads me to believe they haven't even shipped my item yet.
I have sent them 3 e-mails thus far and haven't a heard a word from them, and I'm getting a bit worried. I would understand if they at least tried to explain their situation (like a delay of some sort) but nothing. Getting frustrated with this company is a bit of an understatement. At this point I'm more interested in a refund rather than the item itself :/
If Blueoutletmall contacts me and gets this resolved I will happily take down the negative response, but until then STAY AWAY from this company. I can't say if they are a legit company or not, but this unresponsive customer service and extremely slow shipping definitely isn't worth the prices they're offering :/
