If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase, you may return it for a full refund.

You will simply need to provide your order number, e-mail address associated with your order and a brief description of the problem, via email or phone. We will then contact you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and refund you in full once your return reaches us.

Not sure which part of "no problems" was misunderstood. The website was a struggle but most websites are for those with less than perfect eyesight.
