I had been after a grabber for some time due to bad knees and constantly dropping things and having to bend bad knees to get them. I phoned up for advice first because I was confused by the different grabbers and the difference between them was explained adequately to me so I could make my choice. Delivery was quick and I am very happy with the product and my knees are extremely happy. I have bookmarked Betterlife Healthcare and would look to them for any future requirements.

Since posting that review I have ordered another grabber from Betterlife and this time delivery was a mess. Another customer's delivery details came up on my screen for tracking information and when I rang customer services they had no idea where my item was. Although they offered to send a replacement item on second thoughts I will not be ordering again and I have deleted the bookmark.
