After ordering my product from beautybay i was surprised 2 days later how quickly it arrived.! However, as i wasnt in when the courier came he decided to go round the back of my house and open my conservatory door walk through my house and put it on the windowsill in another room! I tried contacting beautybay i dont think they know what a phone is.? Either that or theyre all polish.? USELESS.!!!!!!! I HAVE CONTACTED THE POLICE ABOUT THIS AS BEAUTYBAY ARE LIKE LORD LUCAN CANT GET HOLD OF THEM.!I am livid!!!!!!! I will be giving this company a wide berth and will NOT be using them again. BEWARE OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi

I am in a same situation as you are. My order actually never arrived and I don't think it ever would. What the police said have they done any action? If my order wouldn't arrive in a next day or so I Was thinking to leave comments on their FB page in every single Post.
