These are so easy to use. You just open them and PPP them into the irrigator and mix and you're done. I got the bottle mix and this and this is better by far. I've accidently put too much in to the bottle of breathe ease and burned my nose but you can't do that with this. I will definitely spend the extra for this from now on.
