This is a must have device for people with sinus problems. Use it once or twice a day and helps lessen the amount and duration of sinus colds and problems. I work with wood and sawdust and sometimes don't wear my respirator as much as I should. At the end of the day it feels great and really helps to clean out my sinuses.
I do find the Grossan nasal packages to be a little pricey and I prefer using the Neil Med packages, but my wife prefers the Grossan packages
