“Defective shipping & handling - DO NOT SHOP AT EFOODDEPOT!”

my item was damage due to unprofessional packing from efooddepot. Contacted them and told to send the proof which i did, few days later they just ignore my complaing pretending they will take care this complaints neither i got call or email about my issue. they charge extra fees as they claim free shipping - DEFECTIVE SHIPPING & HANDLING...

“Expired Foods & Horrible Experience!!!”

Horrible experience with efooddepot. 3 out of 5 that i ordered EXPIRED! they are going extra mile to hide the expiration date by pasting their company sticker on it, i found out as soon as i open one of them and it smells really bad. Their shipping is not impressive as what it mention on few reviewer (it take 5 days for them to ship, additional 2 - 4 days to get it)....

“Efooddepot review: Expired Product & Damage Goods!...”

Efooddepot is the worst online shopping i ever bought from, they ship expired items and damage goods. I ordered from Efooddepot for $86.46 and 2/3 of the foods either damage due to poor packaging or expired. contact efood to sort this issue out its useless. Stay Away from Efooddepot.com...

“Don't shop here!!! Learn from our mistakes!”

Prices seem good. Unfortunately, if they make a mistake, they don't care. I received the wrong product and asked them to send the right product. They said they only do that if they get 1/2 or the full order wrong. What???? They sometimes get the FULL order wrong???? To be fair, they say they're going to issue me a credit. Unfortunately, they're going to subtract out the price of the wrong item they sent in calculating the credit. I bought an 8 oz product at a lower price. They sent me a 2 oz product...

“EFoodDepot.com - My favorite online grocery store”

I've been here in US for over 10 years and even though they have foods that I love here I still miss my country food. It's hard to find Indonesian food here and by accident, I was searching for a hard-to-find indonesian instant noodle and found efooddepot.com. Ended up purchasing more than the noodles and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I placed the order on last Friday and within the same day I received the tracking number and I received the products today (Wednesday)! I can't wait to start...

You are really lucky. They've never responded my email and the phone number is not working. This is the worst experience ever.
