My wine arrived 4 days late and was left abandoned by the delivery company behind a disused bin in my back garden, although this is not directly an issue with winememories it was not resolved in time for me to give the gift on the intended date. In fairness to the company they did resolve this to the best of their ability and I did eventually give the gift a day late. The have advised that they have changed delivery company so I hope others don’t face the nightmare I had to endure.
