I ordered my shopping to be delivered between 4 and 5pm, had a call saying they were delayed buy no later than 6.30pm which is fine as expect delays sometimes, however at 7.15pm no delivery so called customer service being put on hold for 15 minutes, then shopping arrived so hung up to be told by driver only half shopping is there but he'll be back, 20 min later he was back with 3 more bags but still 30 items missing but still said he'd be back, spent 20m trying to get back through to customer service to be told no drivers not coming back and I'll have to cancel or rebook delivery, either way I had to go through every item missing (over £50 worth), I asked for refund which I'm now waiting 3-5 working days to get before I can complete my shop. Customer service totally rude. Avoid!
