We've been absolutely delighted with the service provided by Tesco, even in blizzard conditions and icy roads they have delivered on time. Every delivery person has been friendly and cheerful, nothing too much trouble. As we are of mature age we ask for the trays to be put in the kitchen on the table, all have agreed happily. The drivers ALWAYS wipe their feet on the mat. Notes can be seen by the picker so that the correct items arrive; once we had to ask for a refund on an item this was dealt with in seconds and the money refunded to our account. We understand our drivers are based at the Scarborough branch; we have nothing but praise for their excellent service.
