order an item, which was on sale 50% off , which payment went through. however for some reason I was sent an email to say payment was declined by my bank. contacted bank but they dont see why the payment shouldnt have gone through. in trying to make a payment for the item again, i was told they price has gone up to its full price. this made my son very disapponited has i have told him I have order his bicycle and was expecting it. Its a shame. you cant trust these people and they staff are not bothered

with all due respect if the payment was refused by your bank at the point the debit was transacted, it is out of tesco's hands! i would be angry with the bank if i knew i had the funds in there, not tesco. it wouldn't be the first or the last time payments have been declined where funds are present! i've had this happen to me numerous times and it's 'never' the banks fault when you confront them, they lay blame on the card... for an online purchase!!!

i am afraid that the banks do pass the blame with this issue but it is the banks system that block these payments
