I ordered a case of wine for a family members birthday - I selected the chosen wines, paid, order arrived on time - all great.
Then I find out from the recipient of the wine, that the wine on the delivery order didn't match that in the box....
In Fact they had replaced a 26 pound bottle of wine with a much cheaper one, WITHOUT even informing me, let alone ask me if I was happy about this first - unacceptable.
When I raised this with slurp I got a half-hearted apology email, and have quite frankly been run in circles ever since. Weeks pass without reply - I ask for my complaint to be passed to someone more senior - but this falls on deaf ears - hopeless.
I placed this order in the first week of May 2012 - despite numerous emails to and fro with slurp "attempts" at finding a replacement wine etc
It is now August and I have not received my refund that is continuously promised.
