I have done my weekly shop online with Sainsburys for over two years without too many problems until recently. The website constantly freezes, trolley will not update unless you save it and then continue shopping. last week no delivery because website froze and did not send confirmation- really annoying! Today tried to amend order and had to reload page 13 times! Decided not to shop with Sainsburys again, will go back to Waitrose. A shame because the delivery drivers are fantastic and the products ok but the website is driving me completely nuts!!!
