Ordered wine on 23 November with website showing in stock. Queried non delivery on 6 December and was told awaiting stock. Emails after that totally ignored and impossible to contact by phone as you are kept on hold for ages. Luckily I paid via Paypal and have taken the matter up with them. I'm not one for complaining but the service I got from these guys was dreadful. I ordered 3 bottles of single malt scotch from them on the 4th of December so as I could get them well in time for Christmas. Ordered 24 bottles of special beer at the beginning of December and were supposed to be in stock. I've sent an email chasing up the order but like most people on here I've not had a reply. Happily took my money for a product they did not have in stock. Two weeks later they claimed it was due imminently and would be with me in a couple of days. Over a month later and the website says the product is now in stock but still no delivery and they have stopped responding to support emails and will not refund my money. Today I noticed that websites are down and One Click Ventures Ltd company registered office was changed 2 days ago to [what was] their accountant's office.
I spoke to the accountants today for the current status. The directors have advised the accountants to tell customers that the company has "ceased trading and should contact their credit card companies for refunds". Apparently, the company ceased trading on 7th Dec

Nearly four weeks later I am still waiting for any of it as they don't appear to have a part of the order - the bulk of it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Firstly the order took longer than they explained it would. I sent chaser emails but heard nothing. When the order did turn up three of 12 bottles were broken and rest damaged as they were really poorly packaged. If you mean Chief Executive Officer no I am not. I am a member of the public who used this company and found them as stated in my original review. Prior to ordering I did not check reviews something I usually do but was so pleased to find the wine which does not appear to be available in shops that I forgot to do checks on the organisation. When waiting on the wine I did check reviews and was really worried that the company was not authentic or no good as an organisation. However all was in order and I can only comment as I find things. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones I don't know about that . If you search other sites you will find reviews I have written. I so not purport to be anyone I am not and in ordinary circumstances would be angry at the thought of someone thinking I had said or written something that was not true or that I was anyone other than a retired individual who used to work for the local council. I only write the truth in reviews as I am aware that these can influence others in their choice of using/purchasing sites/items

I entered the site via Google shopping to buy a bottle of Vodka. Free Shipping it said ... IT ISNT unless you spend a certain amount. Which meant the item was not the price it advertises it for.
