to confirm my order number is : 3400262352
i orderd aptamil 1 starter pack 8 times and paid via pay pal. everything went smoothly then after some time . i recieved an email saying '
This is an automated email sent on behalf of Ocado.
We regret to inform you that we have cancelled your order, which was due to be delivered between 20:30 and 21:30 on Sunday 3 May.
We decided to take this action because we have been unable to verify the payment details that relate to this order. As an online retailer, we are extremely keen to protect all customers from potential credit or debit card abuse, and this late cancellation is a consequence of that policy.
NOW WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY SAID OUR ACCOUNTS TEAM IS SAYING YOU MIGHT RESELL THIS APTAMIL STARTER PACK ' SO THE ACTUAL PROBLEM WAS NOT THE ADDRESS .... I EXPLAINED THEM I HAVE 7 DAYS OLD BABY WHO NEED THIS MILK AND IN ONE BOX IT HAS ONLY A SUPPLY FOR ONE DAY . BUT THEY KEPT SAYING NO IT IS MANUFACTURER POLICY THAT YOU CAN ONLY GET TWO PACKS PER ORDER .....NOW MY QUESION IS HOW STUPID THIS POLICY IS WHEN YOU KNOW YOU NEED ONE BOX PER DAY SO CAN YOU NOT STOCK FOR ONE WEEK ?????
OCADO IS NOT A GOOS COMPANY AT LEAST FOR ME AND WILL NEVER SHOP FROM THEM ......
I WILL CALL THE MANUFACTURER AND CONFIRM WHAT OCADO SAID ID RIGHT OR NOT ....
