We used Ocado every week for past 6 mos and spent between £ 100 and 200 per week.
We complained (only time) about receiving an item with only 1day to go before end date ( which always had 6 days min all the prior times). Their response was a very long "get lost" type mail.
We let other possible prior complaints go but had expected a much better response.
We will NEVER USE them again and nor should anyone.
