Absolutely mortified by Ocado's appalling service!!!!

Firstly I book a time slot then to find at the end of my shop at checkout that it has lost its reservation! Only then to find that due to some strange idea of having to checkout your shopping by 20:40 ??? What on earth is that for?

You can reserve your slot with Tesco’s for 3 hours and can checkout your order before 4am for same day delivery. What possible excuse do they have for 20:40pm the day before? Do they start to pack my shopping at this time?

Why on earth do they only have one hour reservations? What possible excuse is there for this?

I’m partially sighted and cannot get all of my shopping done in one hour. It states on your site that Ocado is leading the way… Right.

It also states on their site that they offer £20 off an £80 shop but when I got to checkout this wasn’t the case. Apparently I needed a voucher code to obtain this and when I had to navigate away from the checkout to find this on the home page it was nowhere to be found and caused me to screw up my order.

I have been using online shopping sites for 12 years now and have never had such a bad experience. This will be my first and last order to which I will then go back to Asda and Sainsbury’s who have a far superior service.
