Loyal customer for years and years - probably spent £100,000 pounds
in the last week - driver went off shift - order cancelled by Ocado - my parents left with out food order
tried to make new order - website sent cute "ooops" message at the end of the order
called help line - told it was technical and would get a call next morning and never called back
today made order - booted off website before complete - when I checked th3e basket was full of an old order and stated it had been delivered TOMORROW!
RANG HELP LINE AGAIN . WAS TOLD THEY WOULD RING STRAIGHT BACK WHEN i ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGER - still waiting an hour later !
will move to another provider - but set up costs to me are so large
monumental pain in the arse
