“Used them for years, but no more!”

I have used Ocado for many years and have had a delivery pass for the last 3 years, every weekly shop purchased through them.

However, over the last 3 months the delivery has been appalling, many items missing, no reasonable substitutions and they are late more than they are on time. It culminated today it 90 minutes late while I waited and then sorry we can't deliver we ran out of time...

Nothing seems to change, so I've finally decided to vote with my feet and to take my £7,000 of business a year elsewhere. Shame...they used to be good.
