“Never get what you order”

The website is easy to use, and generally shows a wide range of products, but the problem is that a large percentage of the time the items I order are never delivered. The offers I purchase are replaced with regular priced items, and many never show up at all. I would prefer to be notified prior to the delivery if I'm going to be paying for mroe expensive choices than the ones I selected, especially if I only purchased an item because it was on offer. Also.. don't order eggs. Mine are always smashed, and this last time there were 5 out of 12 completely crushed. Not acceptable.
